O'Neill

In 1952 Jack O’Neill opened the first West Coast surf shop in USA, just off the Great Highway, San Francisco. This was the start of one of surfing’s most iconic Surf wear and clothing brands. 

O’Neill invented the very first neoprene wetsuit, creating an entire industry. Not satisfied, they continued their experimentation and innovation creating the first board leash, new board types, split-toe surf booties and surf rash vests to name a few items developed by O’Neill.
